Did I screw up by going with this Rosewill RP550-2 ATX12V v2.01 550W Power Supply?

System is in my sig with the exception of upgraded Q6600 CPU, and the EVGA 8800GTS 512 (G92). For some reason when I read the updated power supply thread, I started feeling guilty that I am not running enough power on these systems. Is this something that will cause a problem sooner or later? I plan on overclocking the Q6600 a bit. Maybe up to 3.2. Opinions?

Edit: oh and I also added an additional 500gb sata drive.
 
you have the wattage to power that system... however idk about amperage... more than likely you will have the power to do what you wish,

how many rails does it have?

its not bad 2 rails is not as good as one but still very acceptable... the efficency is kinda on the low side
 
Yea, my main concern was the amount of gear and the new Vid card that I would be over stressing the system by OC'ing the unit.
 
In any case, with components that nice, you still may want to opt for a higher quality power supply. If the power supply blows, there is a chance you can destroy some componenets. I myself find Cooler Masters reliable.
 
STE,BSOD, Heister Thanks for the opinions. Feel a bit better about my components. I will run this setup for a bit till I can get another mobo and then I will definitely upgrade my system power. Thanks for the help guys.
