Ok i am suffering with this dual boot thing. I succesfully got XP and Linux on my machine and on two diff HD's. I load up to the GRUB screen for linux and it asks which option to do: Linux, Windows, floppy etc. I click windows...but it gives me an error saying that the hardware config was messed up. Boot things are missing etc.

Here is the exact error:
"Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem.
Could not read from the selected boot disk. Check boot path and disk hardware.
Please check windows hardware documentation about hardware disk configuration and your hardware reference manuals for additional information"

I did as it says but no glory, I think I put the windows directory in GRUB wrong, and I tried to fix that with no glory...
