SLI and RivaTuner 2.06

Trying to overclock my two 8800GT's to 700MHz core. The first one (XFX) reached it with no problems, but the second one (eVGA) doesn't seem to want to overclock. After both a reboot and a "Detect Now", RivaTuner is not letting me overclock the second card. What am I doing wrong?

XFX started at 670MHz, eVGA at 675.
