according to the best on the psu guide, all the good ones are like 100+. i need one to run a quad and 7600gs on about 50 buck budget. Any ideas?

Of course, I would always reccomend purchasing a power supply on that grounds that one wouldn't need to replace it for at least 2-3 years.

Thats why I would rather you buy something more expensive and more than you need, NOW, so you don't have to buy a new power supply every time you upgrade or build a new computer.
 
The RP500 is a better choice for the same price. To power a 7600gs you need probably only around 20 amps. Look for a cheap RD400 rosewill if thats all you plan to ever have. However consider the RP500 to handle more powerful cards such as an 8800GT right now, which would run on an RP500.
