Bluetooth software for Windows 2003 and Vista

Does someone know a program which can handle my bluetooth 1.1 on Windows 2003 and Vista?
I currently have a Bluetooth 1.1 USB stick from BlueSoleil, but I don't like the BlueSoleil software (don't want to pay for it).

But in any case you will need to find BlueTooth drivers that are compatible with your bluetooth device that work under each OS. Since you dont want to use the included stuff you might have a hard time finding the right drivers that are compatible.
