does any one know of any way to run 2 Operating Systems on the same machine if the OS's are installed on different HDD?

Yes. You'll need to use a bootloader of some kind, but you can point the bootloader at an OS anywhere on the system pretty much. What OSes are you trying to dual boot?

I wanna run 3 HDD 2 80 gig raptors with a 500 gig segate. I am going to attempt to dual boot Vista Ultimate and OSX Leapord

Install Vista first, then install Leopard, Leopard has a bootloader that will detect the Vista install and let you dual boot.

I dual boot Vista 64 and XP pro on 2 different hard drives. When it starts up it asks me which one i want to boot to.
