40 Gb Hdd

Asus Motherboard

512 Mb ram
now i want better n better pc range 700$ but plzz tell me how to arrange this type of computer this wire managment i like it in pakistan they dont do

Those are hoses for water-cooling, not wiring. You won't put together a rig with W/C for $700, I'm afraid.

go and find out that first cos idk wat stores whip world wide, especially to where you live.
