I would recommend intel.
Q6600 would be good or maybe the E8 series if you want a dual instead of a quad.
I also think the 8800gt would be better bang for buck. Also change the ram to Ballisix.
And there is no computer that would be top of the line or be able to run any game for the next 8years.
