That depends on your definition of decently priced. And are you looking for a complete system with os and monitor or just the case and components.

pretty much just summed it up there. of course hdd , optical drives (dvd burner, dvd-roms), and case are up to you in the end because it depends on your needs and wants.

is that e8400 only for the time being because of their 20% BYOC sale going on? or is that their regular price now? im REALLY thinking about picking up a q6600 for that great deal :/ but i no i don't need it. plus i told myself i'd wait for the q9450 but we will see how that goes.

i'd stay away from that ultra psu if i were you. plus 750w is a little overkill, i'd recommend the corsair 520hx, 550vx, or 620hx. However if you think you need more this should be the most you'll ever need and its a pretty good psu.
