Graphics Card Question

I have a Toshiba Satellite and I thought that when I bought it I upgraded the graphics card but when I try to see it in device manager it shows "intel 945 express chipset" does this mean that there isnt another card present?

It means it is intergrated into the motherboard..

Yeah it's integrated so no there's not a dedicated chip or anything. Precious few laptops support changeable graphics cards and yours would not be one of them.
