this mobo is quite a good one. of course GMA 3100>GMA950 and ddr2 800 is better than 667 a good suggestion and thanks a lot

the heatsink and fan included, should i have another cooler?
or is it used for oc?

There is a heatsink and fan already included with the processor.

The HSF I listed is optional, it is used for oc and will probably help keep the cpu cooler even if you aren't overclocking.

another silly question:
the memory standard of this mobo is ddr21066
thus the memory is ddr2 800
i know the high standard is compatible with the lower ones, is that right?
