overclocking temps

I wanted to find some information on the temp readout on an Antec P160 case. It reads 29-30 idle and never past 34 or so under load. This seems low and I was wondering how high I shoud go. The problem is that currently I am getting artifacts in Battlefield Vietnam, albeit with high AA/ AF on with no overclocking. I am guessing driver problems with the X800 pro, and dont have any other programs to check until Doom.

What is a good program to read the processor temp and other information.

The motherboard has "Dynamic Overclocking Technology"
What are the good temperature settings. If I find a good program to check I will post that info.

PCWizard 2004. Its awsome for all kinds of things including checking your temps. Also, I have had many driver problems with my X800 Pro. Far Cry runs better on my friend's 9800 Pro than it does my X800.
