How old are you man? The grammar you're using is pretty bad, if you want us to help you then you need to make some sort of an attempt to be understandable.

I think English might not be his first language.

Anyway, probably the best place to start, is to post a picture of your PC in the wire management thread
people there should give you some advice

Take out all the dust , wipe out all the hardware. Clean your fans and make sure your floppy and IDE cables block out as less airflow.

How i cant remove fan i m opening but itz not coming out any tutorial to take off?

pull the white tabs up and over to the opposite sides

I suggest using an air compressor to blow out some dust. but don't hold it too close, or you might blow capacitors off.

Just pull up, itll be a little hard because of the thermal paste.

ok u so ill pull up tabs and take off fan by force i hope itz not destroy anything

The tabs are what lock it in place, once you pull them up theres nothing holding it on but the thermal paste.
