I dont believe you could go wrong with either card.

If you are going to be running a really high rez....like 1900 x 1200....then the GTX would come in handy.

For like 1680 X 1050 then the GTS would be fine....unless you want a large amount of AA enabled....then i would PERSONALLY want the GTX
