Nvidia 9 Series coming out really soon?

Well I was reading up at SlickDeals and someone posted this.

"Just a heads up. i was working at my best buy in Chesapeake, VA and we just got in the new NVIDIA GE FORCE 9600 GT OC. they are around $230 and give you almost as good performance as the 8800 GT OC but they are about $50 cheaper"

A Best Buy price of $230 would probably mean an online price of $150 or maybe even $120

I don't understand why NVIDIA would release this card so soon after the 8800GS though...

Read through the thread and you'll see some people claiming that it's already on the shelf early!

its just an 8800gt with less performance, less ram (384mb) and a 192bit Interface

That would be awesome if they released a card with 8800gt performance for $120. I would buy one as soon as I could find one

9 series have been pushed back into March...they were already supposed to be out.

March works for me if the card is powerful for cheap. Thats about the earliest I want to get a new card anyways.
