For a CPU cooler I'd say an S-Flex. They have plenty of pressure which make good CPU coolers, where as the Noctua and Yate Loons are great case fans as they're quieter and push a decent amount of air. You don't need a lot of pressure for case fans since you'll be using more than 1/2 if you have a good case.

Edit: I have 7 Yate Loon low speeds and they're silent. Maybe the High Speed models sound loud, but I wouldn't even touch those as these low speed ones do the job perfectly.

I have both yate loon slows and mediums Both a fairly quiet but I can definately hear the medium.

Make sure you buy yate loons from petras tech shop as other companies carry lesser quality models. and petras is also one of few that sells the model with the curved blades, which help improve performance.

I have a 1200rpm scythe intake and 1600rpm scythe exhaust fan in my media pc. Tons of airflow, but definately louder than i'd like.

I have low speed Yate Loon's I can't even hear them

the only thing i hear in my case is my GPU fan and the stock Intel cooler fan.

Like said above. if you get Yate Loons get them from Petras Tech Shop
