Just get the 500GB drive, it's always better to have more room than not enough later on.

You don't really need the ARCTIC SILVER 5, since the hsf already comes with preapplied mx-1/mx-2 paste.

Not sure if you need or not, but you have no dvd drives listed.
Not too sure about the case too, the air flow might not good on it.

The rest seems okay.

Just a heads up that hard drive is 7200, not 7200.11 which makes a big difference. Also I would suggest getting crucial ballistix ram instead of the A-Data, which i currently use... The only reason I am using it is because I got it for $25, paying full price I would have never bought it.

Thats a better case and the 7200.11 does make a difference.
