I would buy the entire setup (with monitor/keyboard+mouse/speakers) for $850, but that's being incredibly conservative. I think you can probably get it all sold for $1000 and the person buying would still be getting a great deal. I think $1200 is where it balances off being fair to the buyer and seller.
Now in UK pounds, well, it's not only a matter of converting dollars, but also comparing it with current market prices. I say sell it for at least 70% of what you paid for the whole thing.
