All you ATi video card owners should head on over to the official AMD / ATi website and grab the new Catalyst 8.2 drivers. There are literally tons of fixes and improvements in the new 8.2 drivers, too many to list here, I recommend you read the release notes for further information. Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Linux versions are available…grab them if you need them.
I certainly hope they far exceed what was seen with the 7.9 goofup by ATI with those! Even the available patch was worthless. I'll be looking the 8.2 closely with the MSI HD 2600XT 512mb model in use here.
