Help With Vista Laptop

My laptop began with vista but this is mainly a question about the themes. I would like to get the theme from Windows Xp called "Windows XP Blue". Being Vista it does not come with this theme. How do I get this theme? Preferably without purchase?

There is a XP look alike patch for vista but I have no idea where to find it now, i think MS sued the guy who made it for copyright infringement.

Even if you type XP Themes for Vista

All that will come up on google Really is the Transformation packs for XP to look like Vista or just Vista themes for XP lol
