Yet another build

...or at least a foundation to start from.

I'm planning on making this a gaming rig, but it doesn't necessarily need to run everything maxed out. Please let me know what you think. Anything I should forget based on experience or anything you might suggest upgrading? Tax time is in my favor, so I have a bit of slop.

Last time I checked, the Maximus formula is pretty expensive, for only 10$ more of so from the one he linked, he can get the Abit IX38 Quad GT which is just as good and cheaper by about 10$ than the maximus.

I tried to look up the Lanparty DK and apparently it's been discontinued. How do the other LP boards stack up in comparison?

Even A Sycthe Ninja or Scythe Mine will do. And A scythe mine is only like $30...

I have a Scythe Mine, and @ 3.6 Ghz my load temps hit 60C.

But, of course both the heatsink and proc are lapped Plus MX-2 Thermal paste.

i had no trouble installing tuniq....its just loud
