ok, my sister reformated her laptop and now her DVDRW drive wont reconize only thing thats in my computer is her HDD, i go into device manager and it shows the drive... but not a question mark... i made sure it had up to date drivers and it does but the drive still doesnt do anything, i have a SS of what it looks like.. any info...

What about any disks that came with the labtop, are you certain you updated the device with the correct drivers? Try Rolling back to a previous version.

Done Windows update and a BIOS Flash?

Well its not showing the ROM drive so i cant run no disc that came with the computer...... and it was the right drivers cuz when u update it.. it searched the web for them itself... and all Vista updates are downloaded...
