1 last question. Pc-3200 can it be use a Pc-2700 also? I was just thinking about buying 2x256 Pc-3200 and just put that in my computer with my 2x256 PC-2700 Infineon if Pc-3200 can be used a s Pc-2700. Then once I get enough money I'll just buy an extra 2x256 PC-3200 so I can have a full Gig of PC-3200. So basically I'm asking if I can have 2x256 Infineon Pc-2700 and 2x256 Crucial Pc-3200 together to ass a gig of ram till I get enough money to get another 512 Pc-3200.

it may arise instability issues, better is to stick with pc2700 now and buy 2 pairs of pc3200 in future, or u can sell ur pair of pc2700 and then buy 2 pairs of pc3200 now.
