I am ordering a Tuniq Tower 120. Will I need to order artic silver 5 to go with this? It is going on a q6600. Is this cooler sufficient for this proc? Thanks for prompt help.

You can order any thermal paste you want.
MX-2 is better than artic silver 5 but either will be fine.

No, thats a pretty good choice. If you really wanted more performance, you could go for a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme (TRUE), and a good fan, but thats more cost for not that much more gain.

how far will you wanna oc your tuniq?
if you wanna save money you could just go with the arctic cooling freezer pro 7.

I have my q6600 with the tuniq and it idles in low 30s when oc @ 3.2ghz
