well i am very close to ordering my new pc and i want to make sure everything is compatible (it would be quite embarassing to buy a computer and have all the parts not work together) so basically could you guys just tell me if all these parts will work well together?

You might need a bios update for the mobo to support the e8400. So, dl it now, and have it on a flashdrive ready to be flashed.

that was my biggest concern because i've NEVER built a computer before and i had no experience with bios, thank you so much. (though what is flashing bios?) lol
 
haha, when you get the manual you can look it up in there.
flashing bios is just resetting your current bios with something new. You can go to gigabytes website, and under support type in the model number of your pc, and they will have downloadable bios updates. it wont be hard once you get your motherboard, and the manual can really help a lot.

ok thank you guys :D also i've decided to get the GTS (g92) 512 instead, since it is almost the same as the asus one but is like $100 cheaper, good choice?
