Rosewill Powersupply?

Most people just know that Rosewill PSU's never were that good. Now Rosewill however has started making acceptable sources and people can't seem to get that through their heads. Rosewill is as recommended as Antec just about considering that they are made by the same manufacturing company now.

Well I don't like my computer to be loud and the intial costs is steering me away. If still available I may grab that antec with 51amps that was posted earlier, or check out a Hiper and FSP since I heard they are good. Would 51 amps be good for my next maybe build which is a pentium E, 3 hard drives, and a ati 3850 or 3870 or 8800gt?
