Bought new PSU, is it good?

I just bought the ULTRA XFinity 600w PSU (titanium) it has 2 12v rails, one has 18a and the other has 20a. Is that good enough to run an 8800GT and a quad core cpu? It was only 55$ at tigerdirect. Let me know if u guys see it anywhere cheaper, plz post back before i open it lol.

Depends on the rest of your system components..
But, yes, it should be fine.
