PDF to DOC

I was wondering how to take a PDF Image and put it in a word document. Downloaded a converter but I think it is only for text.

Do you want to embed the PDF or convert it? You can embed a PDF by just dragging it onto your word doc.
If you want to convert it to a Doc file you can use ClicktoConvert which has a free version that watermarks the file, and a pay version that doesn't.
