British PSU vs German power suply

hi all.

I'm a bit confused about this. The problem is that I am sending my computer to germany and they have a different voltage or something compared to the british power suply. On the back of the PSU it states "ONLY 230V" I'm wondering if that's too low for german power and if it would fry the computer?

Hello,

The voltage and frequency of mains electricity in Germany is the same as it is in the UK - 220-240V at 50Hz.

The only difference is the types of plugs and sockets used.

Yeah, 230V is pretty much the standard mains supply. Only North America, Japan and some parts of South America use 110V mains.
