and man, playing that close to a 40 inch must get all sorts of intense! hahaha

and ya... i dropped the gtx cuz i noticed the gt was pretty close to neck.. and the gt can overclock higher.. so i should be okay

dang, that makes me want a 40" 1080p TV...I could wall mount and play about 4ft back like a console. :drool:

well my bro likes to play up that close, i just cant do it...so i sit back about 3 feet....its really intense...not for the faint of heart.

ya i like to sit up front.. haha biggest i've tried was 32 inches, and it was pretty overwhelming.. but i loved it

The main reason i use it is for lans....cant wait to show it off at quakecon this year in dallas, TX.

you use a 40 incher for lans!! screw that, i'd be scared of breaking it

well, thats why i wrap it up, and then put it in the original box, and then cart it up to the lan on a dolley. works great. Youd be surprised how many people use LCDs larger then 36" at quakecon, i dont think i saw one monitor smaller then 19".

hmammen you going to qcon this year? **** yes. last year was my first year, i live pretty close now that i know about it (just got heavily into computer gaming a few years back)

Yes, i went the past 3 years and im going again this year. Where do you live? Hopefully i will be in the tournys again. I will be bringing two comps, the AMD one in my sig, and my new killer phase change Intel rig.

hrmm nah, i don't have any upclose shots of my new rig yet... but i'll have 100's of em by the end of tonite.. well.. not of mine... i'll have my personal ones tomorrow afternoon
