I say get amd. As far as I know, which isnt ALL that far, the amd has better bang for buck at the price rang.
well i could get the p31 and e2220 for total of like 150-160bukcs...not bad right!?!?

not bad at all. Do you need anything else? like PSU and case and hdds and all that?
so far i got hdd,psu,gpu,ram,and optical drive.
need cpu,mobo,case,monitor,mouse and keyboard.
i will be getting the case tonight.

if i thought you had the money to spend on THAT build, I would ask you if you wanted some of my old parts.
well i decided ill get the e2160 with a cheap p35 board and oc it with stock volt and have it stable.

will serve you well.Hey guys, so I'm still undecided on e8400 or the q6600. I hear e8400 is better for gaming yet the q6600 is faster? Hmm, any new news on the 45nm Tech Quad core (q9450) yet? I also like the idea of it coming out, because even if it costs more, it will lower the e8400 and q6600 prices down a bit, or at least the q6600.
