Alright guys I manged to save some money up I have $186 to spend on a upgrade (I can spend more if the rebates put me under $186). I have a crappy HP Media Center computer. My specs right now are a ECS RC410-M, Pentium 4 2.8Ghz (I will be swapping it with a Pentium 4 3.0 GHz if it makes a difference), Ati Radeon x200 integrated graphics, 1 GB (2x512 MB) DDR2 533, Seagate Barracuda 200 GB, Realtek ALC882 Integrated Audio, and a 300 Watt powersupply. My Motherboard can only support up to 2 GB of ram and up to a Pentium D 9xx cpu. I have a open Pci Express 16x slot. I only have 2 dimm ram slots and my mobo only supports 533 ram. I plan on upgrading the ram, video card, and powersupply. Sadly I have to deal with this pc untill I start my job and save up for a summer build. I am planning on playing Call of Duty 4 and Quake Wars. Im looking into the MSI 8600 GTS Newegg.com - MSI NX8600GTS-T2D256E-OC GeForce 8600GTS 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail for ram Newegg.com - Kingston ValueRAM 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail and for a psu Newegg.com - Thermaltake TR2 W0070RUC ATX 430W Power Supply 115/ 230 V - Retail anyone got any suggestions?
