PSU is too expensive on such a budget IMO...a simple RP500 would suffice and give you more money to add other stuff, unless you plan on using it in a system that has a quad-core and something in SLI sometime soon it
s not needed. However it is a very good PSU with plenty of power for the money so it isn't a bad choice either

^ there are some other stuff I intend on upgrading later on:

Phenom B3 Black Edition and an HD3870 X2 (also some stuff in my sig thats wrong; like getting a 7900gto over the x1950xt), so I thought it was necessary, if you think thats overkill, can you recommend a PSU?
