im liking the 200+ fps on the crossfire 3870 with an x38 board in c0d4, as that is my main online fps atm. its also a good reveiw for the 8800gts vs the 3870 in cf, looks like the 3870 in cross fire beats out the 8800gts even in sli. well on c0d4 at 1280x1024 with no aa.

P35 dosent have dual 8x, it has one 16x and one 4x.

At any rate I would wait longer, to see prices drop, then choose between an X38 board and X48 board, instead of p35 vs X38...

I just one to ask you a question, do you think people here are going to get two 8800GTS in SLI and play COD4 without AA ? If no then there is no reason to compare them with AA off

At 1680x1050 and 1920x1200 with 4x AA, both 8800GT SLI and 8800GTS SLI outperformed HD3870 crossfire.

And there is no reason to compare them with AA off, because no one is going two buy two video cards and play COD4 with AA off.

So, in other words that review you posted proves that 8800GT SLI is faster than HD3870 in crossfire. So please don't try too fool people here

i run no more than 4x AA, i mean its really pointless to run more than that on higher resolutions.
