Computer won't boot right

Just got my striker 2 formula set it all up and the only way it will boot right is I select cd drive for boot 1 and hard drive for boot 2 option. Catch is though that a bootable cd has to be in the drive for it to go on to the hard drive and boot windows. Clear the cmos and did not help. Any ideas?

FIXED....


Updated to the latest bios, moved the drives around works fine now just thought would let everyone know in case someone has the same problem



(Who knew a board a week old would already have five bios updates...)
