Help Upgrading A laptop

I bought an HPzv6000 about 2 years ago for like 800, I was wondering If I could upgrade anything on it, mainly sound card, video card, ram maybe, anything I suppose. Also is it powerful enough to support Vista? if its not possible to upgrade I guess Ill just buy a new computer,thanks in advance if u decide to help: These are my specs:

Video wouldn't be upgradeable on this model-you're stuck with integrated. You can upgrade your system ram, though. Maximum of 2gb it looks like.

zv6000 is just the series name, so I'm assuming your actual model is the zv6130us (probly a sticker on the bottom)

if you do some research i bet you could find a processor and RAM for it, but laptops are not meant to be upgraded. if you want vista buy a new laptop, well thats just my opinion.
 
I agree by the time you sink in more ram and buy vista software for a few more bucks you can buy a laptop with vista already installed and all the hardware specs ready.
 
Laptops are not meant to be upgraded, that computer may lag if you installed Vista on it even with more RAM due to the fact that it has integrated graphics. Your onboard video could not support the OS graphics which may make it "bleed" into the RAM causing a memory leak. I have only heard of a few people having this happen to them however.
 
As jorsoft03 said 2gb is you max ram other than that a hard drive upgrade is all you can do.
 
Sadly laptops are not realy upgradeable, this is something the manufactures need to work on.
