do any of u guyz kno any moboz that support AMD 64 bit and dual channel DDR. prefably ASUS. if not, jus mention it. thanxz in advance.

as for now, both AMD 64 and AMD FX have same pin numbers (939) , so the new mobo chipset from VIA K8T800 PRO suports Dual-Channel DDR's.

and the mobo from Asus is, A8V Deluxe (I believe), as this is only board that came in 939 pins. else, this board has made intel shame, (rock steady and fastest)

else in older verions: nVidia nForce 3 PRO 150 as well suports Dual Channel, but i'll recommend the 939 pin version proicessors on VIA K8T800 PRO motherboard.

way to go DiDi, this is very nice kinda style of posting.

anyway, this board is very well recommended, WHY? because it has 939 pin socket, and now u can put inboth AMD 64 and AMD FX in it, so, in case u dont have much budget right now, u can buy AMD 64, and in future if you want to upgrade, you can easliy change your CPU to AMD FX-53, without changing the board.

also, this board has performance to show.

thanx guyz. I dun think itz available in ma country now........ i went 2 harwarezone.com.sg (da ony hardware website in s'pore) and i cudden find any CPU or Mobo that supportz 939......... anywayz, itz worth the wait.. thanx again.......
