AMD Choices... Please help.

I am in the market for a home pc for general use. Should I get this:
Newegg.com - AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ Windsor 2.4GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 89W Dual-Core Processor - Retail

or should I get this:
Newegg.com - AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+ Brisbane 1.9GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 65W Dual-Core Processor - Retail
with this:
Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 64 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler - Retail

Definately go with the 4600+ for speed, get the 3600 only if your on a hardcore budget. Also, why would you only get the arctic cooling heatsink with the slower processor, they both come with stock heatsinks, but id got with the 4600+ with the arctic cooling.

Dude that 3600 will OC pass that windsor. 2.9-3.0 ghz all day. Lower wattage, runs cool. It's the better choice w/ better overclockability

That's why I'm sticking the 3600+ into the freezer. OK, it's a 1:1 between the two. Anyone want to break the even between the two? Also, will oc'ing decrease stability? This is a family machine and I won't always be around to fix it.

4600@stock would be the safe bet but if your OC is stable they shouldnt have any problems.
