x1600 pro 512mb temps too high?

I recently downloaded the ATI tool and realized how hot my vid card is getting. Its at about 49c-52c idle, have'nt tried it at load yet though. Aren't these temps a little high? And should I only overclock it 10% of its stock speeds?
