I have to be honest i hate buying online except from newegg, btw what is a true?

Also how is evga for the step up program? if i wanted to upgrade the g92 to the 9800gtx x2 when it is released is it worth it? Only asking because i have heard mixed reports on ho wlong it takes to do.
Urg. If you are European, don't even bother.
I've heard great things, but at the moment, they can't get anything right.
I think its nice to have that option, but certainly don't buy an EVGA card because of it...
I think in general EVGA treat US customers very well. I've seen numerous times them sorting out problems that they didn't need to. In addition, the cards are good, and they warranty overclocked cards.
My experience with them has been uniformly terrible, however, and I think its because I'm a European. The EU branch is terrible, the cost for EU step up is nothing short of criminal, the waiting times are measured in months and emails go consistently unanswered.
Its tough not to be biased, they certainly have a great reputation for customer service, and there are great things about them, I've just found it difficult myself.
