ok so my psu just died and took down most of my pc with it so now for my new pc i want to have a good psu that wont do this again. so what psu would you guys recommend?

eventual specs:
Nvidia 8800 gt/gts
Intel Pentium Dual Core e2180/2200 overclocked
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R
ASUS Sata Lightscribe dvd rw
4GB pqi DDR 800
500GB Western digital

thanks for your reply i will definately get that one looks to be great quality and it is a good price too

there you go.....also...yes its a nice psu, just picked one up for the AMD rig in my sig, i have a CM 690 case where the psu is at the bottom and this psu reaches fine all the way to the top of my mobo and the sleeved modular cables are nice.

Also keep an eye out for the VX550 from corsair. Its also a quality psu, but it is nonmodular.

the Stablepowers are good but the Greatpowers are better. Built by same oem mfr. as Antec's True power. Some of Corsair's psu's are made from Seasonic. Anyone one of those are fine. Noone seems to be a fan of Enermax so I won't even suggest it.
