^ what he said, but the 650TX has a much larger rebate, and ends up only being $10 more that the 520HX. The HX is modular, which means prettier cables and wire management than the TX, but the HX has 3, 18a rails, and for 8800GT's nvidia recommends 22a, 26a for the 8800GTS 640, so you may have to parrallel 2 rails together to get the amperage, but the 650TX has one big nasty 54a rail so you can hook anything up to it.
both are good psu's though
P.S. the vid card doesn't actually draw that much but it wants to leave room for other components on that rail. You have to try and evenly distribute everything when you have multiple rails.
