Ehh... i think im going to go with the GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R

Has lots of OC options.. supports 45nm intel chips and ITS CHEAP!! WOOHOO..
Time to get a super cool case.

Or consider the DS3L

A couple less sata ports and no raid support but it's 50 bucks less. If you only have 2 HD's go with the 3L
