What is a 1:1 overclock?

i would be impressed if they ran to 1066 with those timings. certainly possible, i suppose. to reach that speed you will need to raise the ram speed to ddr2-800 in bios and overclock using the cpu clock instead of the unlocked multiplier of your chip.

not FSB?

AMD doesnt use FSB. for the sake of the argument though, yes...it is often assumed to be the same thing (but it is not). the external clock (or reference clock) of your cpu. the number that is 200 when your comp is stock.

i cant get pasted 3.0GHz!! I even tried going to 3.1GHz but system didnt run stable. RAM volt is always at 2.2v n the speeds go up to like 960, according to BIOS, but the PC doesnt run n keep on reseting BIOS.

i am only raising the FSB right now at 231MHz, RAM is 4-4-4-12 24 running at 429MHz speed, n has a CPU/7.

i want to increase the clock speed to 3.5GHz, any suggestions?

try loosening your ram tmings to 5 5 5 15..., i dont know much about oc amd so you should wait for someone elses response.
