Upgrading help

After my power supply fried, I was going to build a new computer, but due to financial changes, all I'm doing is upgrading my power supply, video card and ram.

MOBO: ASUS 4P800-E
CPU: P4 3.0ghz
OS: XP home
HDD: 120GB SATA
RAM: 512 MB (upgrading to 1.5 GB, pc 2700/333mhz)
Tower: Thermaltake, 7 fans

Games: Harry Potter/SIMS----Tiger Woods pga tour 07

Replacing:
PS: Ultra X-connect 500 watt.
Video Card: geforce 5200 4x AGP (AGP 4x/8x 1.5v)

What would be a decent 100.00ish AGP video card? Would a Geforce 7600 GS with 256 mb, be better than a 7300 GT with 512 mb?

Suggestions for a 100.00ish power supply based on above specs

This card would be a great AGP card from ATi for a low price.

Yes. The 7600GS is more advanced and a higher model than the 7300GT.

For graphic card, I would suggest:
HD2600Pro
X1650Pro

For the power supply:
