I am going to go with:

CPU : q6600
MOBO: ABIT PRO I-P35
GPU: 8800 GT
RAM: 2 GB Ballistx
HD: 500 GB SATA Segate

I currently have a Cool Master Real Power Series RS-650-ACAA-A1

I am going to overclock heavy.

Most psu's made in the last 2-3 years have switched over to the 12v rail as opposed to the older psu's that were heavily 5v. As long as the psu has at least 30A on the 12v rail you should be fine running a q6600 and Gt.

Just looked it up and its according to the numbers you provided its actually an SLI approved psu with dual 12v rails, so ya, it'll easily handle a quad and Gt

You make me regret the 120 i just dropped in the 610W silencer :p O well it's good future proofing.

Yeah most people dont realize that a $50 powersupply can power really really nice computers.. for example my build:

8800gt
q6600
2gb Ram
500gb

Im using this powersupply:
Newegg.com - FSP Group SAGA+ 450R ATX12V 450W Power Supply 100 - 240 V NEMKO, TUV, CSA, IEC, UL, CE - Retail

^^agreed...
i run:
590sli mobo
5000 BE
8800GT (used to run 2 x 7900gs oc'd to the gills....used a bit more power)
2x 160gb
3gb ram
audigy card
a bunch of fans
with:
Newegg.com - COOLMAX CXI-500B ATX12V 500W "SLI" Power Supply 115/230 V - Retail

the only time it ever struggled was when i had an hd2900 pro flashed to XT and gave it a whopper overclock....it definitely held me back from full oc'd performance of that card.
of course, we all know what a HOG it was, too...
