As seen in the screenshot below, my CPU is clocked at ~2.133ghz when it should be going at 2.66ghz. The FSB (according to the BIOS) is 333mhz (stock) so I'm not really sure whats going on. Any ideas?

hmm is it suposed to have an 8x multiplier? at stock the e6750 has a higher clock then the q6600 and i only have a multiplier of 9, i woulda though it was the same for the e6750.

It's not speed stepping, that effects the multiplier not the bus speed.
I would say unistall the Easy Tune Pro that comes with the Gigabyte P35-DS3R, it maybe changing the FSB on start up, plus its a tool you shouldn't be using for overclocking (everything should be done thru the BIOS).
