Display problem

Hello.

I am having trouble with my computer display.
My computer had been restarting at random times
when playing certain games. This was happening for
several months.
The last time it restarted, strange images appeared
on the screen as indicated by the attached images.

A few days before the last restart had occurred,
the control panel on the computer case would make
a few beeping sounds every 20 minutes or so.

Now, when I turn on my computer, this is all I see.

I believe this may be a problem with my video card, but am unsure.

Sounds like a video card to me. If you have another monitor, hook it up to the computer so you can definatley rule out the monitor as the culprit. Please let us know what happens!

I agree with SHAWN test monitor if thats ok defiantly video card.

I've tried another monitor and I still have
the same problem. Must be the video card then.

Ya, thats what happened to me when my 9500pro died. Check and make sure the fan on the card hasnt locked up. My card still works for a little while, but without the fan it overheats and i get a similar picture to what you are getting.
