How can I get this setup file to autostart from a disk that I made?

I'm trying to put this program on a disk and have it start the installation on its own when its inserted into a pc. I have nero 6 and all I get is burnt disk with the setup file but it does not autostart.

Anyone know how to make it autostart when its inserted?

Alright I've come across a few links here... My first thought about this was dont you just make an autorun.inf

open=filename.fileexstenshion
-------------------

file and put it on the cd? try taking a look at these they seem interesting...even tho I dont have any time this morning and I could only skim over them.
