Choosing 2nd Battery

I'm getting an ASUS F3 Series F3KA-A1 notebook and I need to know how to go about choosing a battery.

What are the requirements for choosing a battery for a laptop? How do I know it will work with the laptop?

Usually you have to order 'em from the manufacturer for the right one, unless you can find a reseller for that particular model. Sometimes the batteries are model-specific, you'll have to do some reading up on the battery at wherever its being sold, most likely, to see if your laptop is supported.

I've been searching and I can't find any way to buy the battery. I can't find it online anywhere either.

Will either of these batteries work on the notebook? I've been looking all over and I can't find any batteries for the F3Ka-A1. I was trying to find a number to contact Asus to see if I can get a model number or something, but I can't even find that!

I can't tell from that, but once you buy it check them an then take a look at the battery an serch for them, but if you have a hard time finding a battery you can call ASUS an they will tell you where you can get it from.
